Manga18 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the manga18 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the manga18 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and manga18 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you register or first begin using the platform.
Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms will be taken as your agreement to those changes. manga18 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with appropriate notice to users via the platform or registered email.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on manga18. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active phone number and a valid email address. manga18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Account security responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless it can be proven that the account was accessed without authorisation.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact manga18 customer support immediately.
- Never share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
Manga18 will never ask for your password via email, phone or any third-party platform. Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported to us.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a manga18 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Use of the platform for illegal purposes, fraud or any activity that could harm other users is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to transfer funds between different user accounts without authorisation.
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions, including creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
- Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
- Posting or distributing obscene, threatening or privacy-violating content against other individuals through the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt or interfere with the normal functioning of the platform.
Manga18 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and the withholding of funds linked to fraudulent activity.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the manga18 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
Deposit conditions
Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the active campaign or promotion. All deposits are subject to internal security checks before being credited to your account balance. manga18 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal conditions
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
- Any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — ranging from instant to 3 business days.
Manga18 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted and the user will be contacted via their registered email.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of liability
Manga18 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including in-game losses, service disruptions, or disconnections caused by technical issues beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error at all times.
Intellectual property
All content on the manga18 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of manga18 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content without express written permission from manga18.
Third-party links and services
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. manga18 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any relevant third party before engaging with their services.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Manga18 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of closure unrelated to a violation, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Such requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding matters.
Changes to terms
Manga18 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no amicable resolution can be reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to the appropriate jurisdiction.
